I purchased my suburban from Bud Clary Chevrolet and they have always taken good care of my vehicle and me. In the last year, the service department has let me down several times. At a visit several months ago, they failed to check the care lights and I had to come back to have a brake light fixed. This time, the problem was my battery going dead very quickly, several times. This visit I had it towed to them. They kept my car for 5 days, even after I mentioned I had surgery and needed it back ASAP, so I could get to appointments. The actual service time was a few hours, and the car was delivered on Monday, and I had called about the problems earlier. I also asked them to check the cruise control, which was not working. They never responded to my calls about the car, and text messages were vague. When I finally picked up the car on the following Friday, they said the cruise control was working fine. It has only worked intermittently, most of the time not coming on. Bud Clary's service is so far away from the Dealership I have dealt with for nearly 20 years.

Bud Clary has a great service center which gets your work done fast and as reasonable priced as possible.

They did the oil change but lied about rotating the tires. This is the second time they said they inspected something on the receipt but didn’t. Last time I found dirt in my air filter box after they inspected it and it “looked great”.

I brought my Equinox in for a covered Clary Care oil change and as usual other expensive services were recommended. I agreed to a injector service and trans flush service. I realize these were not included in the Clary Care service agreement and would take extra time to complete. I called later in the afternoon, since I had not heard anything about the progress of the service. I finally was able to pick up the vehicle at 5:15. I think a call explaining since extra service was agreed to, the pickup time would be delayed and an approximate time of availability could also be communicated. I have always taken care of my vehicles, but the cost of these services seems to have gone sky high. I also realized everything has gotten more expensive, but the price for these services seems somewhat excessive.

I was very pleased with my recent Equinox purchase. The car is beautiful and well-equipped. I was completely satisfied with all levels of staff who worked with me. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I believe I received the best financing available and was treated fairly on my trade-in. The staff member who is helping me learn how to safely and intelligently my new car.
