Had a great experience with the salesman and his manager and also the finance manager were all super helpful not pushy. However the service department seems to be incredibly slow. Had to get a new airflow sensor put on and my brand new truck has been there for 7 days now. It’s an 80 dollar part that they had to order. Feel like I could have had one from auto parts store the same day.

Everything was good until it was time for the extra charges. i didnt take any and the guy that was doing the final paperwork was getting kinda mad at me because i didnt want any extra add ons like ins paint care under and that kinda stuff. the salesman was nice to work with. The closing guy needs a little work

Initial quote over the phone for my service increased from $1100 to over $1300 by the time I dropped off my vehicle.

Worst service advisor that I have ever worked with. Not very knowledgeable and really wasn't very helpful when I came in for my appt. Sat around for over an hour and didn't even look at my truck. Said my appointment was only to see an advisor and not get my truck fixed. I was on very limited time and wasn't going to wait all day to getit looked at. Was really happy and encouraged that I asked for my truck back and left. Kinda happy that I wasn't getting my work done there. Told my wife I would never be back. Service manager wasnt much help either. Wouldn't get my truck looked at in a timely manner. So I took my truck and left.

Oil change and auto check was fast and efficient!! The recording of their inspection was clear and reassuring that everything was addressed and in good condition. They made recommendations based on mileage . The staff was friendly.

This review has nothing to do with the wonderful customer service rep to help me. She was great and got us in even though I did not have an appointment. She gets 10/10. However I have NEVER had to pay for a tire to be patched anyway. Regardless of if I had bought the tires there or not. The cost of the air filters and oil change was ridiculous and I will never be getting them done there again. In fact I was not be getting any work done besides the oil changes I already paid for when buying the car. I would not recommend anyone going here because the cost is outstanding.
