They did the oil change but lied about rotating the tires. This is the second time they said they inspected something on the receipt but didn’t. Last time I found dirt in my air filter box after they inspected it and it “looked great”.

I brought my Equinox in for a covered Clary Care oil change and as usual other expensive services were recommended. I agreed to a injector service and trans flush service. I realize these were not included in the Clary Care service agreement and would take extra time to complete. I called later in the afternoon, since I had not heard anything about the progress of the service. I finally was able to pick up the vehicle at 5:15. They didn’t know anything about the My Chevy point system. They told me I couldn’t use my points to buy my new car and then put my new points in my wife’s name who doesn’t even have an account. Not only do they rip you off with the services they have they also add more then expected to you bill and treat their employees like dogs or worse like trash … I heard one of the service advisers whistling at a lube tech like a dog and the manager there did nothing about it besides sit there at his desk and let it happen. Jessica was great! She made my experience very personal greeting me by name as I came in. She went over all the options for service I had that day and gave me reasonable expectations for when everything would be done. I needed a windshield treatment to improve my visibility and was so appreciative of that as I drove through a major rainstorm on the interstate two days later--so appreciate the service I received.

Our experience with Chuck was great, he's awesome! Honorable mention for Jim in sales as well. They both went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted even from a different dealer. Had a great experience with the salesman and his manager and also the finance manager were all super helpful not pushy. However the service department seems to be incredibly slow. Had to get a new airflow sensor put on and my brand new truck has been there for 7 days now. It’s an 80 dollar part that they had to order. Feel like I could have had one from auto parts store the same day.

However I have NEVER had to pay for a tire to be patched anyway. Regardless of if I had bought the tires there or not. We had an emergency breakdown Wed afternoon and they got the truck in the next morning, diagnosed it, fixed what they assumed was the problem and had it back to me by the end of the same day. Garrett kept in great communication throughout the day. The truck is the main part of our business and I really appreciated they got us back on the road asap. My new 2023 Silverado with less than 2,000 miles had a Service Brake Assist warning. I brought it to Bud Clary for the warranty repair. After 2 appointments the issue has not been resolved. The last time they had my pickup for a week. They don't offer a loaner vehicle. This is my only vehicle and I need it for work. I am frustrated that I spent all this money on a new pickup only to have these issues and not having a service department that can resolve it.

Service department is incompetent for me a tow bill to get my truck back to Carr Chevy in Beaverton Or. Budd Clary diagnosed my new truck with 13k miles as having a blown motor and told me they were trying to locate a remanufactured engine for me LOL for a new truck. Carr diagnosed it as a electrical problem after properly inspecting and now the parts on order. Crazy if it didn’t happen to me I wouldn’t believe this story.

There okay. Had my Chevy Cruze fixed there in 2020 and in 2021 the same issues happened again. The pcv system on these cars is a joke GM you need to figure out how to fix these parts so they last more than one year. Because of the issues we have had I will never buy another one of these cars again
